This approach is trying to reduce the need to rely on work and increase human potential and creativity in order to make the transition from the right to work to the freedom from work, in a way to consider the end of work rather than work as an end in itself.Method: The present paper is based on a descriptive- analytic method that outlines the conceptual study of dimensions of freedom in relation to work. In this regard, developing the concept of the right to "freedom from work" evaluates the point that: Up to what extent do the current fundamental labour rights promote and develop the specific right to "freedom from work"?Findings: In order to expand freedom in relation to work, more and actual implementation of fundamental labour rights for "Freedom at work" and "freedom through work" are required.Results: Results demonstrate that in economics of current labour market, fundamental labour rights have traditionally aimed at protecting workers as a principle  of the economic production. In this regard, there is not enough opportunity to debate about "freedom of work". Although, some fundamental labour rights promote freedom in relation to work, but their role are too weak to expand "freedom from work".}, keywords = {Freedom from Work,human economy,Right to Work,fundamental labour rights}, title_fa = {بررسی مفهومی حق «آزادی از کار» در چهارچوب اقتصاد انسانی:بازاندشی حقوق بنیادین کار}, abstract_fa = {هدف: حق «آزادی از کار» رویکردی است که به‌عنوان یک حق انسانی جدید در عرصۀ کار مطرح شده و هدف آن حمایت از کارگر نه به‌مثابۀ «عامل تولید اقتصادی»، بلکه از منظر «انسان‌بودن» است. این رویکرد تلاش دارد در چارچوب اقتصاد انسانی نیاز به تکیه بر کار را کاهش و پتانسیل و خلاقیت انسانی را به‌منظور انتقال از حق کار به «آزادی از کار» افزایش دهد؛ به‌گونه‌ای‌ که به‌جای کار به‌عنوان هدفی فی‌نفسه، اهدافِ کار لحاظ شود. حق مزبور در زمرۀ حقوق بنیادین کار قرار نگرفته است.روش: مقالۀ حاضر مبتنی بر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مربوط به مسئله و مطالعات مرتبط به روش کتابخانه‌ای، ضمن بررسی مفهومی ابعاد آزادی در رابطه با کار و به‌طور خاص، توسعۀ مفهوم حق «آزادی از کار» به ارزیابی این مسئله می‌پردازد که حقوق بنیادین کار موجود تا چه اندازه آزادی در رابطه با کار، به‌ویژه «آزادی از کار» را گسترش و ارتقاء می‌دهد.یافته‌ها: به‌منظور گسترش آزادی در رابطه با کار، اعمال و اجرای واقعی و هرچه بیشتر حقوق بنیادین کار در راستای آزادی در کار و «آزادی از طریق کار» مورد نیاز خواهد بود.نتایج: نتایج حاکی است در اقتصاد بازار کار فعلی حقوق بنیادین کار اساساً همچنان به ایفای وظیفۀ سنتی خود، یعنی حمایت از کارگر تحت عنوان عامل تولید اقتصادی ادامه می‌دهد که از این منظر فضای زیادی برای بحث در مورد «آزادی از کار» فراهم نمی‌کند. اگرچه برخی از حقوق بنیادین کار، آزادی در رابطه با کار را گسترش می‌دهند؛ اما نقش آن در گسترش «آزادی از کار» کمترین قابلیت و توانایی را دارد.}, keywords_fa = {آزادی از کار,اقتصاد انسانی,حق کار,حقوق بنیادین کار}, url = {https://qjo.ssor.ir/article_153071.html}, eprint = {https://qjo.ssor.ir/article_153071_e9b76532b10b89bb85ed2e0faf7f6634.pdf} }
