Studying the Impact of Social Responsibility of Social Security Organization on Improving Employees’ Citizenship Behavior Focused on ethical Values and Organizational Justice

Abstract

Objective: The present research is aimed at studying the effect of social responsibilities, organizational justice, and ethical values on organizational citizenship behavior.
Method: Being an applied research, this study used the descriptive-survey method to collect data. Statistical population of the research includes all employees of the social security insurance branches located at Mashhad city. Meanwhile,                           non-probability sampling method was applied, and Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. Total number of statistical population was 525, of which, 222 samples were analyzed based on Morgan table. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Upon localization of the questionnaire, its content validity was checked by the professors and the construct validity was performed through confirmatory factor analysis by Smart PLS software. The combined reliability coefficient and Cronbach's alpha were used to investigate the questionnaire reliability. Accordingly, structural equation modeling through Smart PLS software was applied for hypothesis testing as well.
Result: The research result shows that social responsibility has a crucial impact on organizational justice, ethical values and organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, organizational justice and ethical values also effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The intervening role of organizational justice and ethical values was certified in this research.
