Peer Review Process

After submitting the article through the system, an initial evaluation is conducted. In this stage, the article is reviewed solely in terms of its composition and structure (based on the standards outlined in the "Authors' Guide" section of the system) and not for its scientific quality. If the standards are not met, the article is returned to the author for necessary revisions.
Next, the editor reviews the article to ensure it is sufficiently innovative, original, and within the thematic scope of the journal, and that it does not exhibit major writing deficiencies. Otherwise, the article may be rejected without further review.
If the journal's standards are met, the article, anonymized, is sent to two reviewers specializing in the article's subject matter. The reviewers' feedback can result in one of four outcomes: acceptance, rejection, minor revisions, or major revisions, and the appropriate action will be taken accordingly.
