The position of the welfare state in health policies after the Corona crisis in Norway

Abstract
Objective: The Norwegian health care system is based on a semi-centralized, tax-funded state system based on geographic and social equity, following the Nordic tradition of comprehensive welfare state institutions. This developed country has a long-term care system and has achieved a high level of living standards. The purpose of this research is to show the important position of the Norwegian welfare state in the health system of this country after the corona crisis.
Method: In this research, while using the statistical data and the theoretical model of the typology of welfare systems of Spining Andersen, SWAT technique and process tracking and smart draw graphic software have been used.
Findings: According to the statistics, the number of corona patients is decreasing. Citizens are satisfied with the health system of Norway, and social support is considered as a right of citizenship in this country, and the government's proper investment and people's access to treatment services have led the health system to improve.
Conclusion: Considering the characteristics of the Norwegian welfare state, such as financing the health system through taxes, supporting and caring for citizens against social and medical problems, and as a result, creating equality in social services for citizens, the health system of this country is improving.
