Predicting work-family conflict based on perfectionism and resilience in social security personnel in Tehran

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the prediction of work-family conflict based on perfectionism and resilience in social workers in Tehran.
Method: This research is in the descriptive-correlational research group in terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, and the researched tools include: 1- Connor and Davidson's resilience questionnaire, 2- Ahvaz perfectionism and 3- Stephens and Sommer's work-family conflict, the statistical population of the research . The General Department of Social Affairs of East Tehran (Shabeh 8 and Branch 21 of Tehran) are formed. Using the available sampling, 140 cases were selected and 135 cases were returned from these letters, and finally 125 cases were registered as valid.
Findings: The results of multiple regression showed that with the increase of perfectionism in a person, work-family conflict increases and with the increase of resilience, the level of work-family conflict in a person decreases, in other words, there is a positive and significant correlation between work-family conflict and perfectionism. and there is a positive and significant correlation between work-family conflict and perfectionism, and the correlation between work-family conflict and fever and its components is significant at P<0.01 level.
Conclusion: The research findings indicate that work-family conflict with resilience and its sub-components include: individual competencies, individual instincts, acceptance of positive change, positive ratio and inverse relationship. Planning is the training of psychological capitals of resilience, which is a protective factor to deal with hardship that strengthens the family and prevents disintegration.
