Studying and examining the design of social security organization's mascot based on Iranian-Islamic models

Abstract
Purpose: The present research was conducted with aim of introducing and designing the mascot of the social security organization and the characteristics of a character based on Iranian-Islamic patterns and according to approaches of organization and the needs of the target groups to communicate with current generation.
Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of qualitative method and based on descriptive-analytical nature. First, the definition and its types are defined, then related examples are analyzed, After examining the appearance and personality characteristics of the character and Iranian-Islamic patterns the character is introduced.
Findings: In order to obtain and design the mascots of Social Security Organization, birth certificate design including all character traits such as personality and appearance traits was obtained and set of theoretical and theoretical suggestions were presented in order to better understand these traits.
Results: The results showed that Mascot is of human type and with external characteristics match Iranian-Islamic patterns, suitable for the approaches of Social Security Organization. In personality traits section, characteristics such as, honest, intelligent, family-oriented, knowledgeable , responsible, patient and reliable, and in appearance characteristics section, male character, around 40 years old, with a family, with melodious names and related, a thin body and big eyes, wavy hair and a beard and mustache, can be suitable. The design of the character's clothes should also be official , for its color, use navy, amber green, and white, which are in line with the activities of the organization and Iranian traditions.
