Abstract
One of the rules in Social Security insurance is to pay unemployed insured person every month. Regarding growth of unemployed pension statistics and the restriction of organization sources, the necessary arrangements have to be made for paying the pension of insured people. This study was conducted by using library method and telephone interview as well with 200 individuals. Although pensioners and employers are relative satisfied, tend to reform this law. It seems the most significant challenge that threatens the implementation of parliament plan which support the unemployed is the disputation between government and parliament over this issue. So in view of many experts crisis of unemployed insurance fund of Iran is predictable.
