Abstract

In this research, the relationship between HR-based capability and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance has been investigated considering the moderating role of bi-directional innovation in the social security organization. The method of this research is descriptive and has a field survey. The statistical population of this research consisted of managers, experts and employees of the social security organization of Tehran city (7000 people). The number of samples was 364, based on Morgan’s table. The Zhang et al (2016) questionnaire was adapted to collect information. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics such as mean, frequency, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation for describing the society. In inferential statistics, Kolmogrov’s statistical technique was used to determine the normality of the data and to analyze the path analysis using PLS software. accepted. Results and analysis of the data showed that HRM has a significant effect on organizational performance. Entrepreneurial-based integration has an impact on organizational performance. -Butual innovation, moderates the relationship between HRM, capability-centered and organizational performance. Bilateralist innovation modifies the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. Eventually, managers and experts offer suggestions to increase entrepreneurial orientation, train employees in raising their skills and knowledge about their work by holding seminars and conferences.
