Abstract

 
Purpose:The main goal of the research is to identify employees encouragementtools with an intergenerational management approach in Social Security Organization. Research has been done in year of 1398and in all branches of general office of west and east of Tehran
 Method: The research method was mixed methods which for qualitative sectionGrounded theory and for quantitative section Quantitative Content Analysis Method were used in a same time. The statistical population of the study consists, employees of the General Office of the West (15 branches) and General Office of the East of Tehran (18 branches). Semi-structured interviews were used to collect the data and snowball sampling was used for sampling. 442 employees of different age groups participated in this study for theoretical saturation and more valuation of results . Also the information analyzed by using triplicate coding technique of Grounded theory and Codes Counting (quantitative content analysis) in MAXQDA software. Findings and conclusion: about encouragement tools among different generations of employees, the first 1953 codes (32 codes for first-generation, 529 codes for second-generation, 805codes for third-generation, and 587 codes for fourth-generation) were collected then it declined to 1944 final codes and categorized into 4 axial codes (non-financial reward; financial reward (non-cash); financial reward (cash); incentive feat
