A Model of Proposal System Evaluation and Ranking Processes Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare

Abstract

Introduction: Today, one of the challenges faced by organizations is the problemof human resources and the failure of the organization to make optimal use of the employees’ potential capacity, especially at the expert and specialized levels. This has reduced the productivity of the organization as well as its inability to compete in the national and international arenas. The most common way to solve this problem is to use participatory management system. According to many reports, the success of a great number of large companies is due to the proper use of this management system, which leads to the self-development and self-confidence of employees, besides making them responsible and committed to their obligations. The most well-known tool for achieving this goal is the implementation of suggestion system, which is an effective factor in changing the working conditions and creating a suitable context to involve the staff.
Method: In this study, while introducing the suggestion system, evaluation modelsare presented to evaluate and improve this system, so that organizations can solve the problem of human resources and increase their productivity by establishing and improving the suggestion system.
Findings: The evaluation method and how to hold the festival at the level of the Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare was presented as a comprehensive guideline to holding the festival, as well as evaluation and ranking processes.
