The Impact of Commitment to Social Responsibility on the Growth of Social Security Organization

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of commitment to social responsibility on the growth of Social Security Organization. Perfect use of maturity models will contribute to more added value for Social Security Organization besides guaranteeing its progressive success.
Method: it is a practical research, in terms of method of survey, which will lead to identification and prioritization of factors affecting the effectiveness of social responsibility on organizational maturity.
Findings: After collecting data, using LISREL software and SPSS, we first calculated the model of measurement equations (construct validity) for each of the main structures through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for all aspects of social responsibility on organizational maturity.
Results: The results of structural equation tests show that the impact of different factors on social security organizational maturity as follows:social responsibility (86%); openness and transparency of welfare and social security system (71%); trust among the employees (62%); feedback from internal and external beneficiaries (61%); collaboration with other insurance funds (80%); nurturing and adopting (53%); low level of organizational structure (54%).
