Abstract

The aim is to establish a social security system to achieve justice and security in social life and provide a decent standard of living. In social security systems, insured family members also receive support. On the other hand, the legislator has stipulated the establishment of a guardianship body in some instances, although it does not include all the provisions governing the parent-child relationship in the guardianship relation.
In response to the question of what is the impact of the supervisory relationship on the social security protections from which the principal insured and his dependent child benefit from as a consequential insured, it should be briefly stated that, although given the protection of social security law, most of the overwhelming benefit of these supports is being interpreted by the insured and the child under supervision, but compliance with the provisions of the Social Security Act with the status of the guardianship sometimes faces legal challenges, will be addressed in the following article.
