Components of Development of Knowledge-Based Companies in the Field of Social Security in Iran

Abstract
Objective: The aim of the present study is to investigate the components of the development of knowledge-based companies in the field of social security.
Methodology: The research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the theoretical and empirical foundations related to the research in the fields of knowledge-based companies and social security were examined. In the second phase, semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts in the fields of knowledge-based companies and social security, utilizing the results from the examination of theoretical and empirical foundations. In this phase, the statistical population consisted of experts related to knowledge-based companies and social security, who were identified using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. For analyzing the data obtained from the interviews, thematic analysis was employed.
Findings: The results of the research showed that the components of the development of knowledge-based companies in the field of social security include: technological and innovation components, responsiveness to needs, financial and facilitation management, human resources, compliance with regulations and legal frameworks, managerial components, knowledge and information management, collaboration and networking, skills development and training, social and economic impact, and respect for privacy.
Conclusion: The development of knowledge-based companies in the field of social security is a multi-dimensional and comprehensive approach, requiring multiple interrelated components. It goes beyond purely technological aspects and simultaneously addresses innovation, management, human resources, regulations, and social responsibility. The success of these companies depends on effective interaction and synergy between these components.
