Meta-analysis of Satisfaction and Performance Evaluation of Social Security Organization

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to review systematic and meta-analysis of research and studies on satisfaction and performance evaluation associated with social security organization during the period from 1994 to 2018. The main question is: what are the characteristics of the research done and the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of the stakeholders What are the variables of organizational and organizational and organizational performance? In order to address the main goal and to answer the research questions, after researching and studying numerous studies, 81 research documents were examined. The results of this section showed that most of the performed works are academic theses and in terms of the geographical range of gradient, centered studies are conducted, in which more than one third of the studies were conducted in Tehran. Most researches have been conducted with a survey strategy and are of descriptive-correlative type. The statistical community in most of this research has been the social security organization, its branches and the human resources involved. The results of the meta-analysis of studies conducted in the area of ​​satisfaction of the stakeholders of the organization indicated that "the quality of health care, staff accountability, facilities and facilities" are the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of the recipient's citizens from the organization and "implementation of the plan, the nature of work and payment Salary and salary "were the most important factors affecting the satisfaction of the staff of the organization. It is worth noting that, considering that the variables examined in the work and organizational performance studies were only studied in one study, the meta-analysis of these variables was not provided to report the effect size.
