The relationship between learning organization and organizational agility in the administration of social security branch Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province

Abstract

Introduction: In recent years, due to the rapid development of technology, the work environment in organizations has been continually changing. In order to cope with the new changes taking place in the world of today's competition, organizations must think about adaptation to change and seek out potential opportunities. An agile organization combines organizational processes and individuals with advanced technology to meet customer needs and expectations over a relatively short period of time. Organizational agility and learning are issues related to organizational change.
Target: The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between learning organization with organizational agility in the general department and social security departments of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. This research is descriptive in terms of descriptive method and is in terms of collecting field information.
Method: The statistical population of this research is all employees of the General Directorate of Social Security, including official, formal, experimental, contractual and contractual staff. Sample size based on the Morgan table for a sample of 180 people, 150 people were selected by random sampling method. Two questionnaires were used for research tools. The Senge Learning Organization Questionnaire, presented by Tavassoli (2012), has 5 components and 25 questions, and the Chubak organization questionnaire, developed by Zhang and Sharifi (2000). This scale has 25 items and four components.
Results: Be the research findings showed that the organizational agility level is almost 0.79 for the majority of employees and the reliability coefficient for the learning organization questionnaire is 0.86, which is acceptable.
